| 510--------------------520 I have used a 510 for over a year, well it died, sent it to plantronics and was advised new replacements on backorder and they would call when available. Well I went to amazon and ordered a 520 thinking I would cancel the replacement 510 when called well no call so now I have a spare bluetooth 510 on standby. I love the 520 and it does not look like a Roach stuck to ones ear. And the price and service from plantronics was above par, except for the call but being in the Peoples republic of Kalifoooornea I'll need the spare someday. Sorry this was so long.  John
