 |  Active Sync and Bluetooth I have now bought two bluetooth adapters to use with my phone but my Microsoft Active Sync does not want to work with eaither of them... It seems to want to start a connection and then nothing works at all. I also can't get my PC Remote capabilities to work. Does anyone have any ideas on what I can do to active sync (I have tried all their theories) or a bluetooth adapter that you know works? Thanks! |

 | Which Q do you have? I use Kingston's micro USB (physical size, not port type) adapter. And I just followed Active Sync's instructions for setting up the connection. |

| Have you been able to connect anything else to the PC with either of the bluetooth adapters? I haven't found a BT adapter that I can get to work with Vista, which I currently have at home. I've been able to sync my Q9h with my work computer, which is running XP, using the Motorola USB BT adapter that I got with the HT820 stereo headset. |

| Kensington released a vista driver for their BT. I use it and its great. The problem was I was choosing PIM synchro instead of going through activesync on the phone.

| I have tried I have the Kensington Bluetooth Adapter and I have followed the instructions and Active Sync keeps giving me an error message saying that it just doesn't want to do it... I have followed all the sugestions and nothing...It does other things with my phone like send objects...like specific calander or contacts but doesn't sync or PC Remote. I have the regular moto Q. |

| I think so. It needs to find a com port.... A friend is having the exact same problem with his treo 700wx... turns out his motherboard was bad.
