Yes, using the same Internet Sharing you'd use otherwise.

But you will not be impressed with the speed. I do not know if buying the tethering plan increases the speed potential somehow.

I upgraded to the Q9h and instead of paying double the price of MediaNET I opted to pay per KB. You would have to use 3GB to get to $30, and I don't use it that often.

Unlimited Text - $20 a month I believe
or
Unlimited Data - $40 a month

I took the text because it was cheaper and thats what I really wanted the phone for. I use the internet sometimes with a plan, other than that its a text/call phone.

Um, I don't mean to burst your bubble, but you do realize that PPU is dollars per kb right ????

A meg costs 10.24, and a GB is 1024 megs. I hope you're not using your phone often. you can only use about 3 megs before they break even.

$.01/kb. I did, however, screw up my math and using the SI standard, the one phone companies/networks use, a MB would indeed cost $10, a GB would be $10,000.

If you sign up for the MediaNet unlimited BEFORE you get the PDA phone, you can carry it over to the new device... I signed up for it less than a week before I bought a Treo 650 4 years ago, and just recently replaced that with my Moto Q 9h. I still get unlimited data, and now 3G speed, for $20/month. I can even tether using the method described elsewhere here. AT&T knows I have the Moto, but since the MediaNet is "grandfathered" into my plan, they don't seem to have a problem.
