Do not call the general customer service telephone number 1-866-811-0091 ... there a bunch of idiots ... Amp'd has a special phone number for Moto Q Customer Care ... 1-866-955-5050. Enjoy your Q and if you have problems with it .. such as it freezing up ... do not hesitate to call wirefly and they will send you another ... I unfortunately had this problem but after receiving the replacement i really havent had any problems. Enjoy it ! :-D  | |
