 |  @!*%! Customer Service?! Amp'd has really got to enhance its customer service skills! I have to wait a minimum of an hour to reach a rep and then you are lucky to get anyone who knows anything!! Anyone else frustrated about this??

   |  yes, but with different companies then Amp'd.. and then as some cases you get a person who doesn't speak enough English to help (i am allowed to say this, i am a foreigner/"Auschlander" myself :}

| im actually curios as to if they can turn the compnay around....They had GREAT reception (due to verizon), and the television option left me speechless. The only thing I hated was that the television shows were only 15-30sec clips....such a tease
