Exclamation @!*%! Customer Service?!

Amp'd has really got to enhance its customer service skills! I have to wait a minimum of an hour to reach a rep and then you are lucky to get anyone who knows anything!! Anyone else frustrated about this??

There has to be a "secret" number for all of these customer service people.....with any company. If anyone knows how to dial customer service directly without being thrown into the loop of menu options, hang up's, and long wait times, PLEASE post the numbers here.

I once asked this very question to a rep of Ampd and they said that "there are only two bases for ampd." "one was in CA and the other in AZ." This is to little FAR to late but the best time to reach them was around 5am

im actually curios as to if they can turn the compnay around....They had GREAT reception (due to verizon), and the television option left me speechless. The only thing I hated was that the television shows were only 15-30sec clips....such a tease
