Default Whats wrong with my phone

When I try to cut it on, it just stays on the Alltell page and does nothing else?

Also when your charging your phone, Does it normally start from the middle then go up to more times. Or is that saying I have atleast half of my battery.

my phone is off when charging.
when my phone does this, that means the battery is near empty. I have had many times where I had to take out battery, (soft reset) put battery back in then try to charge again. mol3 for alltel is supposed to fix the problem were the phone reads that it is fully charged when in fact it has hardly any charge at all. my first battery had to be replaced as it would not charge. I still have to turn phone completely off for it to charge cause the phone will say charge complete after 20 min. try soft reset and dont turn phone on and wait till charge is complete. u may have to replace the battery.

I let my phone charge all night. It said it had a full battery but when I went to cut it on the Alltell page comes on and just stays there. Nothing else happens. I had to go and take the battery out to turn it off.

I've had mine for 3 days, and now I am suffering from the same problem as you. Did you get yours to work? and if so how? So far I am very unpleased with this phone. I'm thinking about returning it to alltel, tied to a brick!

Seems to be hit and miss. I've had my Q for nearly a year without any problems. I listen to mp3's for nearly 6 hours at work and still have enough battery left to finish off the night. You just gotta hope for a good one I guess.

I wonder about break-in. When I first got my Q I was charging it twice a day and only used it for a few calls and a little web surfing. It seems to have gotten much better over the months.
