Mine has started doing that today! I have had this phone for about a month and 1/2 and have loved it until today! My husband has the same phone for the same time and nothing has happened to his. I called Alltel and they told me to take it to a store and see what they can do. I plan on doing that tonight. Sorry to say this, but I am glad that it's happened to someone else as I thought it was something that I was doing. If anyone has any other ideas, please post. Mine charged last night fine, so I really don't know what's going on. Thank you!

if you drain the batter too low it will not charge while in the phone. then either put it in a cradle charger or new battery time.

fyi, my sprint Q did the same thing.. quick battery drain first few weeks. Now i can run most of the day just fine. I do alot of web, video, and 96585 games of bubble breaker a day :-)

When I get home tonight I will post what the Alltel store says. Have you been by an Alltel store at all about your problem?

Ok gotcha. Well how about you post what they told you and I'll post what they told me. My husband has a Q as well and he's having no problems at all! I kind of wish that he was as he doesn't really use it as much as I do! Post your answer tonight and lets see if they and/or suggest the same thing. Thanks!

Just got home from the Alltel store, they ended up ordering me a new one as they couldn't figure out what was wrong with it. They even tried plugging it into a charger and it still didn't come on completely. Only the white screen with Alltel Wireless.

They were very nice, which was good.

No problem, well that's good. I should have mine by Monday. We do not have any extra phones, but a friend of mine does. It would actually be nice to not have a phone for a little while. Thanks and good luck to you as well.
