Using your File Manager, navigate to:

"Windows" -> "Start Menu"

Feel free to move/delete/create new folders.

I still haven't figured out how to change the priority of the links

just a lil' warning, be careful, some links in the Start Menu do not like to be moved, one of them if you have it is Wireless Sync.

I have two other alltel phones (both are bottom rung phones) and while they get full bars at my house, my Q gets two at best. I thought this thing was supposed to have great reception. I do live in a small town in the middle of nowhere, but my Ev is blazing fast.

Settings on the phone seem to be inconsistant. Sometimes settings are saved and sometimes they revert to the default settings. Same with the battery life. Either it lasts all day or it goes for a few hours, regardless of usage.

I would like to add to your list of complaints, no MMS! I cannot believe they didn't impliment this into a phone that made you change your whole plan for unlimited data use, text, and multimedia messages, and then not even allow the phone to send them! (MMS's). Grrrr

I too notice the sparatic charging and usage of the battery, and because I am a heavy text messager, I notice it all too well. I love the EV tho! using it as a modem for my laptop is freakin sweet, tomorrow i'm gonna figure out how to do it through bluetooth.

Other than that, I've not had any problems, and I love how open Alltel left this phone!

I too love my Q, I got it yesterday and am probably going to have to return it though. I don't have very good reception. My phone has only 1 bar and i live about 500 yards from a tower that I can see out my living room window. That isn't acceptable. Tonight I was running on an Motor vehicle accident and didn't have enough reception to call the hospital to get better directions. I can't take another chance of the reception hampering my duties.

personally i dont believe your reception has anything to do with the phone,ive used my phone at 5000ft in the mountains and in the most remote areas,never had a problem,in the subway on amtrak etc.
if you just got the phone is it possible that you havent allowed it to charge enough?

I took the phone back to alltel on monday and the clerk tried to make calls from it and couldn't. Since sunday morning I haven't been able to get enough signal to make a call, tried a master reset and it was no help. The clerk finally just said the phone was messed up and replaced it. I havn't had any problems with this phone. Matter of fact I have to go back saturday and trade my wifes scoop in for another moto Q.
