I have 9 months left on my 2 year contract and they are telling me I need to be within 90 days of the end of the contract to renew and get contract pricing on a new Q.

Well it took me just over 1 hour, 2 csr's, 1 tech support and 1 retentions operator and they finally conceded.

Luckily I do have records on my account to show that I have called on various occasions where they have advised me that picture messaging would soon be possible on the Moto Q and that when I originally purchased the phone I was told that it was possible to send picture message and that I wasn't told that I had 30 days to test the phone to see if I liked it.

With all that evidence they agreed that they should bring my upgrade date forward.

Just hope that the phone arrives!

No, matter what I do or say they will not let me upgrade the phones.

So, here's my thinking. I am going to start looking for unlocked MotoQ9C's that I can take to those (more cuss words) ppl and have them activate those phones. May take awhile but I will find them. They could have the money by letting me upgrade but nnooooo, they would rather be hardnosed about it.
Fine--me take my money & spend it somewhere else. I swear, sometimes I wonder what ppl are thinking sometimes.
