Default Sync

i have had my Q for a week and it works great....The only problem i have is that is not automatically syncing with my Outlook. i have to manually tell it to everytime.....has anyone else found this problem???

welcome aboard. did you check the Connection Settings > Open Active Sync when my device connects ?

are you talking about your POP account on your Q or the connection between the Q and PC when its hooked up?

yes....i go to active sync and press sync everytime i want to refresh my outlook box. periodically i will get a stray email pop up but for the most part i have to go that screen to update?

no it wont....
unless you have a POP account on the Q you wont get emails on them...
if you just have outlook to sync with active sync then you need to be plugged in via the USB cable

POP??? not sure excatly what you mean? It worked perfeclty for a few days and then i stopped recieveing emails....i recieve my emails via on-line assistance from our web at work....is that what you mean by POP?

your running an exchange account?
you didnt mention that...
is that correct?

if so try to remove that account in active sync and recreate it

yes...im sorry....i am running an exchange account.....i will remove and try recreating it. thanks for the advice...i will let you know.
