It is case sensitive and it's hard to figure out if it's uppercase or lower case sometimes.

i signed up for the free trial to test it out before i pay the 12 a month to listen online... downloaded and installed the app... i keep getting the message "connection failed" even after typing in the code... I can listen to some stations, but howard for example will give me this message. any suggestions?

Have you tried to login on your PC and listen to those channels?

I've had my Sirius account from before Howard was available online so I haven't been able to try it.
