 |  Should I be Excited? So over the last couple of days I've noticed that my phone keeps going over from 1X coverage to EV coverage for a few moments each day. Do you think my phone is dying on me or perhaps they are testing EVDO coverage!? Craig |

 | That's what happened to my phone when they were updating the towers to EVDO. After awhile EVDO stayed on longer than 1x. Then it was just EVDO all the time. It's easy to get used to the speed. When I get into a 1x area I cringe b/c it just takes so long to do anything. Takes awhile so hang in there. Upshot...better battery life.

| my phone used to be evdo all the time until i disabled it....
