how are you putting the contacts back? manualy,syncing, or copying the pim.vol file

I am putting them in manualy, and i'm done. I could not change my standard ringtone either.

Thanksgiving, i get stuck when scrolling down in contacts to custome ringtone. i also get locked up when using settings, sounds.

do you have insurance on it? This would be considered a functional issue

I do carry the insurance, I hoped I could solve this with out swapping. I love my Q and not sure if the two alltel centers here in the counrty will have one! Thanks to everyone that tried.
