Default Programs automatically closing

I have updated my Q with the newer firmware. I am having issues with IE just closing and going back to the Home Screen. I just started noticing this. It doesn't matter which site I am trying to go to. It is random, every 5 -30 seconds. I have downloaded and installed SKTools Lite to easily free my RAM and other files. I am showing 28.26MB of free storage and 27.62MB of free RAM, so RAM isn't the issue. I have also just noticed it happening with all other programs. Reading a text message, looking at Memory Manager, playing Solitatre, etc. If I check Task Manager the programs are still running, they just "minimize". Has anyone seen this before? Any help is appreciated.
