Default Problems with MotoQ

Hello, everyone, I am John. I have had an Alltel MotoQ since December. I am experiencing many problems. Backing up my contact list, losing my memory card(not physically, device no longer recognizes it), sending picture mails, just to name the worst. I now have outlook but I am only trying it out. If I could find software that would let me get around it I would get it. Besides, getting around in office and outlook is like wading in mud. Help!

If you haven't already then you can do the MOL4 update.

*Here: http://direct.motorola.com/hellomoto/support/update/

With File Manager back up pim.vol (copy/paste) into your My Documents & then copy/paste it to your PC. Go the link above and do the update. It might solve a lot of your problems. It definitely is better battery life with other security enhancements. Pim.vol is your contact list and calender dates.

*Thanks again, craiggiarc!
