Problem with E-mail

I have my e-mail set up to use alltel as my out going server. My incoming servers are working fine as I receive all my incoming e-mail. I have been trying to send pictures via e-mail,but keep getting an error that the "reciepent does not exist" yet when I use my computer to send the e-mail and transfer the pics to computer all works well. IS there an easy fix or should I contact Alltel CS?

All has been resolved by Customer Service. Had to correct some of my settings on the servers. Problems solved.
