My Q can't be recognized by any computer

So I guess something has happened to or gone wrong with my Q. It connected to my puter once with out incident and now the only thing it will do if plugged into the USB is charge. Does anyone know how to help me?? Any help would be appreciated!!!

Also I have a ? about the net....Can you guys navigate to all areas on the web pages? Sometimes I can't navigate to areas I want to click on.

Do you have ActiveSync 4.5 installed? You can download it here:

Also, on the Q go into Start/Settings/Connections/USB to PC and make sure the check box in there is checked. If it's checked.. try unchecking it and then replugging. My Q will sync both ways but it detects the phone differently depending on this check mark. So just try it both ways just for the hell of it.

Other things to try would be power cycling the Q by pulling the battery and then putting it back in. And maybe restart ActiveSync (easiest way is to reboot). If you already have ActiveSync installed maybe reinstall it.

Those are just a few things I can think of off the top of my head.
