An exchange 2003 account, several embarq pop accounts and a host monster pop or imap (my choice account).
I really just want to be able to read and respond to emails on the road and leave the emails on the various servers until I get back to the home laptop and download them all. Also would like to synch any sent emails from the q to the laptop. Now for the questions
1)I understand that with Vista I need to use windows mobile 6 in conjunction with my vista synch center to synch up my q with my laptop pc. Is this correct? |
windows moble DEVICE CENTER is what you need

2) My understanding is that I need to use Active Synch to GET emails from the exchange server to my q. Is the actual set up of the account settings done in active synch or is this done in Q outlook? I assume that during the set up there is a setting that allows you to get only emails (no contacts) and also to leave the email on the server. Is this correct? Do I also use active synch to check my other email accounts while on the road? (sorry for this basic question)

you can plug it in in active sync on the Q

3) not really sure about how to set up my other pop email accounts - embarq or hostmonster. Is this just done in the q Outlook account settings like on my anchor PC?
Thanks for the help
