Long story...
So 2 months ago Alltel decides to change from "forward billing to back billing" or visa versa...I don't remember. Well next thing ya know we get a bill for 2 months usage, with NO WARNING. Nothin' we can do about it, just gotta pay it.
So we did.
Well the next month comes and the bill is as per normal.
Great. Still $200 out of the pocket, but they didn't screw up or jip me.
This month rolls around...and its...
$500!
Ouch!
So I call them up, wait on hold for 15 minutes and the first lady I get tells me she can't help me because I'm not the account holder and I need my dads SSN, even though I am authorized for master priveleges. I ask if I can just use my mailing address, as they have done before. Nope. Not gonna happen. So I call my mom to find out wtf is dads last 4.
Call them again, armed with the last 4 of my dads SSN. Wait another 15 minutes on hold. The guy who answers was awesome to deal with. He sees that for some reason, even though we are on SmartChoice, I'm being charged for texts($262 worth..)and nobody else was charged. After some fiddling around he finally gets my bill down to where it should be($186.50 was where it was last month). I still have to wait 72 hours to find out what the total will be, since he doesn't have it on hand. He tells me it should be around $200, which is still more than last month. So in a day or two, if the automated service tells me $200 dollars, Alltel is getting another call. Luckily he was very polite and understanding, because I was HEATED! Seriously, if someone tried me, I was ready to reach through that pretty MotoQ and strangle them Homer Simpson style.
Anyway, my dad pays the bills here, he gets the cell bill, he pays it(lucky me, right?)
He would have an anureism if he saw another $500 cell phone bill come through this house, so I had an hour to make it right and luckily I pulled though
