 |  I don't like It Q from Alltel Doesn't sync Outlook NOTES nor can one edit TASKS. In addition, Speed Dial is mostly worthless unless all you want to use is 2-3 numbers. Speed Dial holds 98 numbers BUT. .it doesn't allow you to organize alphabetically nor does it allow you to search using the alpha keys. . what good is a disorganized 98 numbers??????????????? Also the "R" key doesn't work for alpha searching in CONTACTS! Awful. H Clapp Selma, AL |

first off.... its known that outlook notes doesnt sync...yea it sucks but there are programs to substitute that tasks can be created...and its true you cant do much with them on the Q..but you can edit them when they sync back to outlook....OR you can get another program that takes care of that.... i dont use speed dial so i really cant help you with that one...and as far as the R key not working you might just want to bring it back and tell them a key isnt working.... its only an electronic device..... there are alot of really great things about this device....dont let it discourage you already
