I must say I agre with you that the plans are good but what good does a bunch of minutes do when u only get one bar of signal at best? I live in a valley and a competitor (unicel) put in a tower on top of the water tower to fix it. Will altell just man up and ink an agreement?? Of course not. So I get the same run around (were aware of the problem sir and were working on it... no I dont have a time frame of when it will be fixed...mol3 update..what is that sir...no i dont know what you are talking about...sir calm down sir.. all i can do is verify the phone settings are correct...no I dont do email youll have to call back later...

So the cust. service pretty much sux too. The rep did say that alltel phones look for verizon towers first, then sprint second when alltel signal is low so maybe when verizon takes over unicel next year my signal will improve. I called the state public utilities commision and lodged a complaint that i'm stuck in a contract and not getting the service i'm paying for but i'm not expecting much out of that. Hate is a strong word and I'll just say i'm very dissatisfied with alltel right now.
