Default Alltel Screwed Me Over

I got my Motorola Q about 2 weeks ago and I love it! I got it off ebay and didn't realize that I had to get a smartphone plan. I originaly had a family plan costing around $105 a month for 3 lines, 900 minutes, and 2 phones with 300 texts. So I took my phone into the store and the guy told me I had to get a family smartphone plan and it would be $129.99 a month without tax and service charges for three phones. The price of the original plan was 109.99 a month and the guy told to add the 2 other lines it would add up to 129.99. I was like ok whatever just do it. After switching I got my bill this month and the total bill was about 175 with tax and service charges! Apparently the guy lied to me because each additional line was not $10 a month but rather $20! Raising these prices up $10 also means raising tax and service charges! Now I have to pay almost $30 more a month for my plan which just wont happen! I'm going to talk to the guy that screwed me and ask what he can AND will do about this! What's your opinions? Can he do anything that great?

If your unhappy, let him know and maybe he can do something about it. Its worth a shot. You might want to calm down a bit though, dont want to hear on the news that you beat a sales rep within inches of their life with your cell phone, lol.

I know it's pretty much a moot point at this time, but that plan should have also jumped you up to 1200 minutes, not 900, plus unlimited data for your primary line/smart phone, is that correct?
