Nice vent, I am going to add that you should document all of these things (i know its a pain in the ass, but well worth it) to prove that they have not lived up to their end of the agreement. This will allow you to get out of paying them anything as they have not fulfulled their end of the contract. Basically all you are required to do is use the service and pay. But the service has to be there, bottom line. If its not, you don't have to pay unless the company offers you compensation.
