The 700MHz was the Free TV stations you USED to get when you just pluged the cable into the wall for your TV. Well If Alltel is able to buy this that means we are going to have prolly the best covrage EVER! I say that confidently because Winmax is going to be in this as well and a tower with 700MHz can be reach 45 MILES in a 360 for cellphone signal!!! I MEAN HOLLY CRAP PEOPLE! Now I know some of you people out there are saying Hold on where are you getting some of this info, Well Google it, google 700MHz and Winmax! So as one of my favorite people say "buisness is about to pick up". |
I would expect a "Wireless Consultant" to know that the technology is called
WiMax (or WiMAX, but not Winmax).
Of course, maybe "wireless consultant" doesn't mean what I assumed (a person who consults with wireless companies about strategic issues); maybe it's just a fancy name for a phone salesperson or customer service rep.
Anyway, the important thing is to get the terminology right.
