so i had some painful issues with the Plantronics Voyager 510 after the foam cover for the ear-tip lost their density so to speak, this brought me to contacting Plantronics CS who at first was not planning on doing anything for me (i bought it 10 months ago) so i said, that's fine.. but do realize i am not the only one with this complaint (actually spoke w/ 2 others with the same problem) + i am very active on a Motorola Q forum (which as you might guess is Qusers.com.. just kidding :} and i can no longer positively speak of your product and customer service.
well... this turned around and she (Amanda) offered me any BT headset from the 5xx or 6xx series, for various reasons i picked the 655 which was out of stock till the second week of november (which is not a good thing for somebody with my patience :} but nothing i could do.... (i verified yesterday w/ Amanda and she confirmed next week.
so this afternoon one of my warehouse workers came to my office wit a box from Plantronics...
YEAH, it had
this inside :}
it's charging as we speak... so i don't know yet how it will feel.
and yah.. Plantronics CS rocks.
