I have this program called SmartTweaker installed on my Q. Even if I go to Start > Settings > More > Remove Programs, there is nothing there. The icon is still on my start bar.
Can someone kindly throw me any suggestions on how to fix this issue? I appretiate it. Thanks!
(p.s. I've only had my Q for 2 days!)
