On what do you base that? Because we've chosen to say no to something?
USCC isn't a company that runs at the bleeding edge of technology. Our CEO, Jack Rooney, has been quoted many a time as admitting that and even stating it's part of our strategy. We're not interested in trying to "out-Sprint" Sprint's network, or to "out-Verizon" Verizon's service offerings.
Tethered usage has an effect on our overal network performance that isn't something we feel we can support while still providing the best possible customer experience. So we don't support it at all.
It sounds like this may surprise you, but you can have a customer's best interests at heart and still say no to that customer.
