I also had this problem with Agile. It was because i was still logged in on my desktop computer to the same service. Agile would start, and log-off my desktop one, then the desktop would auto-reconnect and bounce Agile (never ending cycle)
I figured that i had to totally close the application on my desktop, and then log on to Agile, and it works like a charm. I can be out in the field, and still get my IMs from my other techs.
