I haven't heard much about the 800w. Next up for Palm is probably the Treo 500 and a GSM version of the Centro. With their new naming conventions, I wouldn't be suprised if the Treo 500 dons the Centro branding.
As for the Treo 800w, last I read it was coming to Verizon. With regard to form factor, I haven't seen anything on that front. My best guess is that CES will bring some sort of announcement.
