Hmmm - did you try deleting the old partnership instead of worrying about the new Active Sync? If you delete the old partnership and then reconnect it might transfer all the new info in the NEW partnership. Sounds like a problem I had that deleting the old partnership fixed. I had many unused partnerships at one point from all the replacement Q's I got . . . just make sure before you try that that whatever info you have is located on your phone or on Outlook & can get synced amongst the two upon the new partnership.
