I've had my Q less then a week and my lack of computer knowledge is really setting in. So far I've managed to add TCPMP to replace the original Media player, and I've added a couple of basic mpg videos and mp3 songs. Unfortunately none of my .avi full length movies will synchronize, and I'm having trouble getting unzipped files on the phone as well.

I've downloaded SBSH Facade directly on my phone and unzipped a particular skin, but I've no idea how to actually save these files to the Q. Even a couple of .cab games I was checking out could be downloaded, unzipped in WinZip, but I have no idea where to go from there. I know this question is veering in a lot of different directions at once, but any tips would be greatly appreciated because I really don't have a clue.
