There are 5 connection types: work, internet, etc. When you setup the wifi connection you have to associate it with one of those then in IE you can tell it to auto detect or manaully specifiy one of the 5. Then under the advanced menu you can also specify what is what. Auto also seems to start at the top of the list so you can accidently connect to evdo if you don't have everything set up right. |
