Yeah, it was able to play my mp3 audio files on the storage card right away, but now I'm converting my movie using the pocket divx to try and see if that works. (WMV files won't play, can't be found, due to WMP11 sync process/conversion.)
I thought I would be able to play .avi files natively, but using the activesync file explorer, I wasn't able to drag, cut & paste, or copy my original avi file from the pc to my storage card (or anywhere else on the q9m for that matter.) **EDIT - oh yeah, have to open the folder to the right pane of explorer before I can copy**
I'm gonna see what happens after I convert it, and let y'all know... BTW- those new to pocketdivx... I had a hard time trying to get the output dimensions right even before encoding, until I saw a tip in another thread that said to select the PDA option when starting pocketdivx... seems to have worked like a charm, at least the screen size listed was the proper 320x240.
next up on my experiment list, getting supermariobros to play (with working controls) using pocketnesterplus... see other thread if you have some ideas on that...
