Run the "New Email Account setup" and it should load the seeting for Comcast automatically (as long s you have a good signal). Its a POP account.

Incoming mail server : mail.comcast.net
Outgoing maisl server: smtp.comcast.net (check the box for requires authinication)

Its really easy. If your trying to access it through IE, thats why you need the flash plugin.
