My April 2007 SprintQ needs this "little assistance" from time to time. What with that and the somewhat spotty coverage here in Austin, I've been known to grumble, too. If this doesn't help now, remember it for later...there will be a later!! |
Tried that as well. Doing the 'update' locked the phone up everytime. Since I just did a master reset I didn't have anything to lose so I did a second one. This time it worked with no problems. I didn't do anything different but it just magically started workin' finally.
