Those gps units should work with googlemaps too. I find that I often know where I am but don't know how to get to where I'm going so a gps isn't needed desparately. Just program where you are, or locate your position on the map and press *; then type in the address or point you want to go to or look someone up in your contacts. I wish the programs could give audible directions. That would be cool but the onscreen/map balloons work. |
