Nero Mobile sounded like a really cool app, and it has a free trial version so I figured I'd try it.
what is this crap! the interface looks pretty cool, and seems like it should be simple to navigate, wow it's not at all. I had a pain of a time trying to figure out how to get my pics & music on it. Also it's slow to respond to anything. This is probably partially due to the fact the Q is sloooooow, and yes I've done all the "speed hacks" the CPU is slow, nothing will change that

I finally figured out how to get my pictures on it, it has a slideshow feature, which has some pretty nice transitions, but man it's clunky in the playback. I tried the Resco Photo slideshow and it was so much faster and had nice enough transitions.
I couldn't get it to successfully open my AVI, which play fine in the other apps, the closest I could get was really slurred sound and no video playback at all.
mp3 support - m3h! apparently Ahead doesn't think ID3 tag support is useful, this is about a worthless mp3 proggy if you have a decent # of mp3's. I couldn't handle using it on mine.
Did I mention I do like the look of the interface? Besides that I think this proggy is better suited for a much faster PocketPC phone or something. Maybe somebody else who's used it can chime in with their opinion? I was really hoping to like this program, and I think Ahead can get it right in a future version *maybe*
the Demo is free, it's a big download as you have to get the whole Nero 7 package, which weights in at almost 200 megs. Might be worth giving it a try for some of you, never know you might have better results then I did.
