 bought retail at bestbuy
i bought my phone retail from best buy. i had just started a contract maybe 6 months before so i had to pay retail for a new phone and figured i'd get a good one...so i got it at best buy straight up, no insurance...it messed up once, they replaced it no questions..then sent me another replacement and that was messed up too..got the 3rd replacement no questions and this one finally has been working like a charm..so i guess u dont need the insurance for these purposes |
