Microsofts Windows mobile device website gave registry regedit information to get your Q's Bluetooth to sync with windows mobile device center. I'll copy and paste it here. Has anyone got this to work with a dongle or usb BT device. My registry doesn't contain the Key. I'm still working on it though.

- <LI class=listItemNumber>On your PC, change the registry key “HKLM\software\Microsoft\Windows CE Services” SerialPort value from “Bluetooth” to “COM3” (or whatever you need)
- Reboot the PC
- Connect the device

<LI class=listItemNumber>PC from elevated command prompt: net stop wcescomm && net start wcescomm -or- reboot - Moto Q: ActiveSync / Menu / Connect via Bluetooth
- Moto Q: Bluetooth Manager: Add, Search, Select computer
