Anyhow, looks like I'm opting for a Treo 700w. They have better support forums and I like the fact that it's capable of wifi via SDIO card. And while I waited, I have sifted thru many threads in here and also in Qusers.com. Looks like the Q just loves to freeze up anytime it wants to, sometimes it even freezes up and would never work again requiring a replacement...go figure!
I guess you get what you pay for, the Q is a lot more affordable than the Treo, sexier looking too. However, looks alone won't cut it for me as I need a functional and reliable phone/PDA. Treo has been around longer and have continued to improve their units throughout the years. So for me, the winner is Palm Treo.
