rickyrick1984 I have a question you said you are on your 5th Q. Who did you go thru Motorola or Sprint. Did you have to pay a deductible to get the replacement everytime? I'm asking because I'm having problems with my phone and I went to sprint since I have the insurance and they said that I have to pay 50 to get a new phone. When I went thru motorola they said they would send me a new phone but I would have to send mine first and wait two weeks. I don't know what to do if to pay for it or to stay 2 weeks without a phone. any suggestions |
