Default Alltel Experience

I got the Q after being told all the wonderful things it would do. I have been happy with it except for the no mms. I got a card from the store to fill out a survey. After doing so I got a call from the manager from the store yelling at me for giving their store a bad review. I was honest in the review. It took over 30 minutes to be helped. The rep had not time to show us how to use the phone. He told us it would have mms. I even told him that it was important to me to have mms and asked several times about it. I guess I should have researched it before taking his word for it. I ordered different phones online initially and traded them in at the store and the manager said it was people like me that made the store not aloud to trade the phone in and I should have done it online. If I was told to do it online I would have. I didn't know they were doing any favors for me. I also didn't know that once you got a smartphone you could not go back in plans only forward with better smartphones. So not only can I not get mms on the q I can't trade for a phone that has mms. I can't believe they have this survey that doesn't make the info blind to the store as to who is filling it out so that I can call you back and yell at you. Isn't that the point of the survey. If I got crappy help at the store then they should receive poor grades!! I called Alltel and they told me I would have to write a letter to corprate to get anything done about it. Other then that I love the Q just not the service I received from the store...
