Is there a way to not have it automatically start up when phone is rebooted? I only need to use it in certain situations when I have my laptop with me while I am out somewhere in a non wifi friendly area. I have tried to "KILL" it with zap it and the regular task manager and no go. Short of uninstalling it, how does one close this resource hog when not using it?
