If you're getting lots of errors like that, maybe the software got corrupted somehow.

The first thing to try is removing the battery, replacing it and restarting the Q.

If that doesn't work, try a Master Reset (you'll lose everything on the phone). Do the following:

Turn your phone off.
Press and hold the OK d-pad button and then the End key at the same time.
Keep holding them until you see the Master Reset screen.
Press the Yes softkey to start the Master Reset.
