When I plug my Q into my Mac the box with the Q and the USB cord appears, but only one white dot pops up and it won't progress past: "establishing usb connection".

What gives?

I found this thread when I searched the forum and followed the answers posted - still can't connect.

Nevermind lol I figured it out. Nothing a good ol' reset couldn't fix.
Sorry for the pointless thread EQ - could a mod please delete this?
