Did you test my scenario on your Q?
Sorry, I haven't tested it out yet, Im at work still! I work till 7 am so I won't have a concrete reply until I wake up again tomorrow. It may also be due to the fact that if Outlook is open on your home PC as well as your Q, the attachment resolves to the PC's inbox and is downloaded there from your POP server. Maybe close Outlook once you send the message and see if that helps any.
