Sync 1 Outlook w/ 2 Q's? Love the Q - had it a few days, and it's already become a staple in my work day. Love the site and forums - very informative and helpful.
I'm trying to figure out a way to wireless sync contact and calendar info from a single instance of Outlook 07 to two Q's. We're a small business, with either of us intermittantly in the office or on the road. The two of us need to see the same contacts and calendar. We don't need to share email (but can if it's inseparable from contacts and calendar).
I've been playing around with it, and can only get Wireless Sync to communicate with one Q or the other. I called tech support, and I don't really think he understood what I was asking, or knew that Outlook can support multiple email accounts (he kept coming back to "unique email accounts", but didn't seem to get that I have several email addresses coming into one Outlook). It was a long call with little progress.
Anyone know of a way to do this? Or even a simple work-around? I've looked (a little) into synching Outlook and connecting each Q through a different machine, but I'm not really comfortable with any of the software I found to do Outlook sync (little available in terms of reviews or credibility). I thought perhaps I could change PC Monitor to workgroups, but I don't know if that means I would have to set up multiple accounts on the host machine, and if so, that still would require some sort of Outlook sync. The other issue with syncing Outlook is that the programs I found require that Outlook be shut down to sync - inconvienent at best.
Any advice, thoughts or suggestions are very much appreciated.
