To get the camera, try using
pimg.exe -camerakey in the shortcut file. Specifically, use this text:
29#\Windows\pimg.exe -camerakey
That works for me, but your shortcut won't have an icon (which is OK if you're only going to use it on the Home screen with an image).
I don't know how to get to the Text Messages account directly, but try finding a Home screen that does it and use that shortcut. There's probably some command line option for the
tmail.exe program.
