you can do that in outlook...but im not sure you can do that and have it sync to the Q...worth a shot...when you create an appointment next to the reminder time there is a little speaker if you click on it you can pick a wave file and have it play when the reminder starts...i dont believe you can do that directly from the Q but you might be able to sync it from the PC...never tried it though...
