Default Update

I spent an hour on the phone with Smith Micro trying to get the USB to work. No dice. It works fine under bluetooth, so their recommendation was just to use bluetooth. They said the speed should be the same via bluetooth.

He claimed he had a Q in the office that worked via USB so they know it works. I thought mine was workiing until I saw that bluetooth was active. Once I deactivated bluetooth, the connection was gone. Again, anyone ever get it to work?
